Detach the tire and inner tube completely, check for any broken stones or sharp objects, and then place the new inner tube in, ensuring it is installed evenly without any protrusion. Start from the valve and use your thumb or the tire levers to put the tire back into the rim. Finally, inflate the inner tube to the standard pressure.
